Food allergies

When it comes to food allergies, we cannot provide a guarantee that our ingredients are free from the substances that may cause an allergic reaction for you.

Reservations

Ensuring that your entire party arrives on time is crucial for a smooth dining experience. We recommend sending out friendly reminders to members in your party, emphasizing the importance of punctuality. If any unforeseen circumstances arise, such as traffic delays, it is always a good idea to keep the restaurant informed. We may be able to accommodate a slightly delayed arrival or provide alternative seating. Communication is the key!

Please inform us in advance about any changes in the number of people in your party. Whether the number increases or decreases, we want to ensure that everything is prepared to accommodate your needs.(Please be aware that for group reservations of 8 or more, we require a deposit at the time of your reservation)

PLEASE NOTE: The deposit made at time of the reservation will be deducted from the final dining bill.

As a Boutique Restaurant with only two seatings per evening, we encourage you to make reservations for Friday and Saturday evenings.
To secure a reservation for a group of eight or more, we request a credit card deposit. The amount of deposit depends on season or for a preset menu.

A notice of 48 hours is necessary for cancellations or if the number of guests in a party of eight or more needs to be reduced. If this notice is not provided, a partial or full deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions will be made. The partial deposit is cost per person.

IMPORTANT: To ensure your reservation is confirmed, you must submit the credit card deposit within 24 hours of receiving our invoice. Please note that your reservation will then be considered confirmed once the deposit has been received. Your deposit is your acceptance of this contract.

Children

Children are warmly welcomed for the first dinner seating on Friday and Saturday evenings. When dining with children, it is important to consider their ability to remain calm and seated for two hours. We have a menu designed specifically for children up to the age of ten.

Dresscode

Business casual. Please note that NO Hats are allowed inside the dining area.

Corkage and outside Food

We kindly inform you that NO outside food or drinks, including celebratory cakes and bottles of wine are allowed at Schwaben House, as we offer a delightful selection of desserts as well as a curated selection of wines that have been carefully chosen to complement and enhance the flavors of our dishes.

Events

At Schwaben House Restaurant, we love hosting events and special occasions. Whether you're planning a birthday party, a corporate function, or any other celebratory event, we have the space and expertise to make your event a success. We offer the option to reserve the entire restaurant for a maximum of seventy people. For pricing information and to make a reservation, please contact owner, Annette Heilmann-Ferro directly. Gift Cards

We offer gift cards for every occasion.

Please feel free to stop by to purchase one during our regular business hours.

If you prefer to pay by card, there is a small 3% processing fee.

Other

Please be aware that we enforce a strict policy against any form of harassment towards our employees. We ask that you treat them with the same level of respect and kindness that we extend to our guests.

With the exception of service dogs recognized by the ADA, pets are not permitted. Emotional support animals do not fall under their guidelines and do not qualify as service animals under our policies.
