We opened our restaurant in 2009 with the dream of bringing something fresh and new to Greenville’s culinary scene: a modern, German-European restaurant that extended beyond the stereotypical conception of German cuisine as “brats and beer”.
From classics such as our “Maultasche”, traditional fare straight from the heart of Swabia, to inventive new arrangements such as our dijon-crusted Salmon, each of our dishes are prepared with the finest, most fresh ingredients incorporating the vision of Chef Robert.
We consider our food and ambiance an art, and endeavour to bring you an atmosphere of what the Germans term “Gemütlichkeit” - pure comfort.
